Chronic kidney disease is a global healthcare condition associated with several comorbid conditions including cardiovascular disease, hypertension, and type 2 diabetes mellitus.
Primary Care Diabetes Europe aims to undertake a project to upskill healthcare professionals using evidence-based guidelines and latest research findings to effectively screen for and manage people with type 2 diabetes and kidney disease in order to improve their quality of care and outcomes.
To do this, we would like to invite you to take part in this 2 minutes’ survey for healthcare professionals to assess the level of knowledge and competence in this area. We value your views.
The survey should only be completed by individuals who are currently a healthcare worker and takes 2 minutes to complete.
The survey results will remain completely anonymous, will not be shared with third parties and will only be used for research purposes.
The survey will not ask for any personal details. By completing this survey, you are giving consent for the data to be used. Data cannot be removed from the analysis once the survey has been submitted.
